Planetcide is the practice of destroying ecosystems on a planetwide scale, in order to harness the energy. Geogineering of mineral only planets is encouraged, but terraforming of inhabited worlds is a controversial move. The yanta army recruits young Yanta to police the population and eliminate uprisings against the energy search.
